Terms of Service

Effective date: June 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of livesimpli.app and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Simpli (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service is available on a Free plan and paid Plus and Pro plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not issue prorated refunds except as required by applicable law. All prices are in USD.

We reserve the right to change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service using automated means
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Use the Service to circumvent terms of service of airlines, hotels, or loyalty programs
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Create accounts or submit data using false or misleading information
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content (excluding data you provide) are owned by Simpli and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of data you provide to the Service (loyalty balances, saved searches). You grant us a license to use that data to operate and improve the Service.

6. Information and Disclaimers

Simpli is an informational tool, not a booking engine, financial advisor, or travel agent. Flight and hotel availability, prices, and award redemption rates displayed on the Service are sourced from third-party APIs and may not reflect real-time inventory. You should verify all information directly with the relevant airline, hotel, or loyalty program before making any booking or financial decision.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMPLI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SIMPLI'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SIMPLI IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simpli and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason with 30 days' notice unless immediate termination is required due to legal obligation or abuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be submitted to informal negotiation by emailing [email protected]. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
